Abstract
Gender equality in economic rights in Europe encompasses various levels at which European lawmakers can have an impact on strengthening and promoting gender equality through comprehensive legislation. Therefore, this research, using a descriptive-analytical method and collecting necessary information and resources through library research, seeks to answer the fundamental question: at what levels of economic rights in Europe is the strengthening of gender equality most impactful? The findings of the research indicate that one approach to strengthening gender equality can be in business levels, such as considering equal representation in the formation of corporate boards and organizations and promoting women's entrepreneurship. At the regulatory levels, emphasis can be placed on competition laws, public procurement law, and state aid law. At the level of economic policy-making processes, issuing guidelines for companies regarding global supply chain responsibility and emphasizing the importance of free trade agreements are of greater significance. Therefore, this research examines and analyzes the mentioned levels and aspects.
