About the Journal
The Journal of Financial and Economic Law Research is a peer-reviewed scholarly platform dedicated to the dissemination of original, rigorous, and innovative research at the intersection of law, finance, and economics. Manuscripts considered for publication must present new scientific findings derived from research projects, academic dissertations, or other scholarly outputs that contribute to foundational, applied, developmental, theoretical, or comparative knowledge, offering novel approaches or methods capable of addressing major national challenges with clear features of originality and innovation. Submissions should include academically grounded and practically oriented proposals aimed at identifying and resolving at least one contemporary financial-economic issue through legal analysis and interdisciplinary inquiry. Articles must also align with one or more of the journal’s core thematic areas, which encompass: securities law and capital markets (including stock exchanges, self-regulatory organizations, market participants, corporate and financial institutions law, supervision and intervention in securities markets, financial instruments, securities transactions, international capital markets, and public capital-market governance); banking and monetary law (covering the legal-economic dimensions of money markets, foreign exchange, credit, lending, money creation, cryptocurrencies and new forms of money, modern banking, and international payments); insurance markets law (legal-economic frameworks of insurance and risk management); privatization law (models, legal-economic bases, state intervention, and good governance in financial-economic markets); competition law (competition legislation, monopolies, anti-competitive practices, and remedies); computational law, accounting and auditing law (legal issues in accounting and audit practices); budgetary, tax, and public finance law; law and development economics, financing and investment; customs law, free-trade and special economic zones; business, trade, and enterprise law; economic or financial analysis of law and legal analysis of economic or financial systems; international financial and economic law; socio-economic law and poverty-alleviation regulation; policy-making, legislation, and regulatory governance in financial markets; law of knowledge-based finance and economics; jurisprudential foundations of financial-economic law; and scholarly reviews of books, statutes, regulations, articles, and scientific works in the realms of finance and economics. The journal values methodological clarity, analytical depth, and problem-oriented research that diagnoses systemic challenges within the financial and economic framework of the country and proposes evidence-based, theoretically sound, and practically feasible solutions.
